With the recent conclusion of the Canada Post strike, operations have begun to return to normal. However, significant backlogs remain in the system, not only for Canada Post but also for other carriers like UPS and Purolator. These delays are impacting the arrival of our supplies, which are essential for fulfilling your orders promptly.
The good news is that we are mostly caught up on pending orders, and we’re doing everything possible to get your items to you as quickly as we can. That said, the continued delays in the supply chain are affecting our ability to maintain our usual speed of progress.
