Important Holiday Shipping Update

We hope this message finds you well as we approach the holiday season. We are reaching out to inform you of some unexpected shipping delays that are affecting our ability to deliver orders on time.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, combined with significant delays experienced by major couriers such as UPS, FedEx, and Purolator because of the strike, we are facing unprecedented shipping challenges. These disruptions are not only impacting our ability to fulfill customer orders quickly but are also causing delays in receiving critical supplies needed to restock inventory and fulfill orders.

As a result, some of our orders may not arrive in time for Christmas, despite our best efforts to expedite processing and shipping. Please know that we are doing everything we can to manage these delays and are closely monitoring every order to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible. However, the sheer volume of shipments because of the strike, these delays are unfortunately beyond our control.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, especially during such an important time of year. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we navigate these challenges.
