Important Update on U.S.-Canada Tariffs & Impact on Sound Yarn & Fibre

Dear Valued Customers,

We want to keep you informed about recent trade developments between Canada and the United States that may affect international orders.

The U.S. has imposed new tariffs on Canadian imports, and Canada has responded with its own retaliatory tariffs. However, our 3D-printed circular sock machines (HS code 8447.11) are NOT currently subject to these tariffs. Orders shipped to the U.S. should not experience additional costs due to these trade measures.

We remain committed to providing high-quality, affordable products and will continue monitoring the rapidly changing situation.

Due to recent changes in Canada/US trade regulations, new tariffs and import fees may apply to shipments entering the United States from Canada. Although from our understanding any changes in these fees is delayed until the end of February 2025.

Unfortunately, the situation and fees are beyond our control and may result in increased costs for our American customers.

As a small Canadian business, we strive to keep our pricing fair and transparent while continuing to offer high-quality products and services. We understand that unexpected costs can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience and support as we navigate these changes.

We encourage our US customers to check with local customs authorities regarding potential duties or fees before placing an order.
