Shipping policy

We ship using the carriers integrated with Shopify (Canada Post and UPS, potentially others in the future). Shipping method and cost vary based on product dimensions and shipping destination. Rates and options are calculated during checkout. Only methods that include tracking are offered.

Orders are shipped as fast as we are able to, generally within 1-4 weeks. Preorders are shipped once all the required materials and supplies become available to us so that we can complete the order (often sooner than the estimated ship date).

Once an order has shipped we are unable to re-route or cancel. Refund will not be processed until the package has been returned to us in full working order, or the package has been confirmed to be lost by shipping carrier. Shipping costs are not included in refunds totals.

When buying from outside of Canada, orders may have additional fees charged depending on the import taxes and/or customs duties of the destination country.  If charged, payment of those taxes and/or duties is the responsibility of the customer.
