After accidentally breaking the handle gear of my CSM, I was so annoyed with myself but Rachel at Sound Yarn & Fibre came to my rescue! I was very impressed with the speed of the replacement and with the customer service I received.

Love the colour and look forward to getting everything working. I'm sure I will have a learning curve but sure that it will be great.

Love this csm. The machine comes with everything you need to get started. Except a weight which you can easily make yourself with a sock. If you have never used a cam before. Like me. Its a learning curve. However so worth it! Love it 💜💜💜

The learning curve was a little steep, but I've never had a CSM before. However, once I figured it out, it's been absolutely amazing! I love it!!!

Loving how quickly the machine was to set up. I have been watching videos and managed to do my first sock tube

This is my first CSM machine and I'm only a couple days into the learning curve, but I've loved it so far! The CSM was easy to assemble and the machine seems great.

A small comment is that I believe the assembly manual is for an older model of this CSM, so it isn't quite a 1:1 translation, but it was pretty easy to figure out.
