Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery of your order for defective machines or if you changed your mind (we understand, we all change our minds sometimes!) If there is an issue with your purchase, and need help troubleshooting please reach out to us and we will do our best to help guide you. 

Refunds are issued when your return has arrived, been inspected for damage (as any damage outside of manufacturing defects voids your return). Refunds can take 3-5 business days to be processed, original shipping costs are not included.

All return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer and international orders must be labeled as a return to avoid additional fees at time of receipt. If additional costs are incurred they will be deducted from customers refund. 

All our machines have a 2 year warranty, this means we will be happy to replace any defective parts, missing parts, etc.; (within reason), for 2 years. Shipping is included for the first 6 months of the warranty. 

Destash items are final sale. 

Yarn and spinning fibre can be returned up to 30 days after purchase if unused. If there is a quality or defect please reach out to us.
